A one-day project management meeting, organized by PMI Poland Chapter Podkarpacie in collaboration with UITM, brought together university staff, students, and PMI representatives to strengthen project management excellence and expand regional professional connections.

The event focused on promoting professional project management practices and methodologies, including PM², while supporting knowledge sharing on current trends and best practices that participants can apply in both academic and organizational settings. A key aim was also to encourage career development, inspiring students and early-career professionals to explore project management roles and better understand required competencies and career pathways.

Joanna Długosz led the discussions, sharing practical insights and real examples of effective project management strategies relevant to university projects and wider organizational environments. The meeting served as a platform for professional dialogue and knowledge exchange, reinforcing cooperation between PMI Podkarpacie and UITM and strengthening the local network of project management professionals.

Participants included administrative staff involved in university projects, students interested in project management careers, and PMI Podkarpacie representatives.

Feedback from attendees highlighted the practical value of the shared insights and strong interest in future collaboration between PMI Podkarpacie and UITM.
