Project Coordinator
The University of Novi Sad (UNS) holds a distinguished position as a leading educational institution within the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, Serbia. With 14 faculties, two research institutes, and an innovative Science and Technological Park, UNS serves over 50,000 students and is the second-largest university in Serbia. UNS is recognized for its commitment to excellence across disciplines, offering diverse programs in natural sciences, engineering, social sciences, humanities, health sciences, and the arts. The Faculty of Technical Sciences (FTN) stands out, with 17,000 students and 2,000 staff, providing top-tier engineering education and specializing in project management through its Department of Industrial Engineering and Management. FTN’s project management programs have grown in demand, attracting students seeking robust training in skills critical for organizational success. University of Information Technology and Management - UITM (Poland)

The University of Information Technology and Management (UITM) in Rzeszow, founded in 1996, is the largest private university in Poland’s Podkarpackie Region, employing over 400 staff and educating nearly 5,000 students, including 1,500 from more than 40 countries. Known for its innovative approach, UITM integrates modern IT solutions, gamified learning, and simulation-based education, positioning itself as a leader in sustainability and project management training. Its four faculties—Management, Information Technology, Digital Media and Communication, and Medical—offer comprehensive undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate programs in both Polish and English. The university also holds the prestigious right to confer doctoral degrees in Social Communication and Media Sciences, underscoring its commitment to advanced research and education.
UITM’s Center for Teaching Development (CTD), founded in 2019, plays a central role in pioneering advanced academic programs and teaching innovations. CTD faculty members have developed specialized postgraduate programs in project management, with twelve successful editions to date, demonstrating a deep expertise in preparing students and professionals for project-driven careers. The CTD collaborates extensively with the business community, ensuring its programs align with real-world demands. By fostering partnerships with local and international organizations, the CTD connects students with hands-on industry insights and professional networks.
Panepistimio Thessalias- University of Thessaly (UTH) (Greece)

University of Thessaly with 37 Departments, and 8 schools is a University with its own identity and with a prominent position in our national educational system. The main mission of the University of Thessaly is the promotion of scientific knowledge through research and the contribution to the cultural and economic development of the local community and wider society. It is known for its excellent research performance and outstanding scientific achievements, in accordance with international standards.
The experienced team of UTH has participated with great success in a large number of programs related to STEM, inclusion, human rights, NEETS enhancement and support, innovative educational material production training, social inclusion, entrepreneurship, mobility and well-being. Project initiatives are highly supported by University of Thessaly emphasizing and revealing the unique character they provide.

The PM² Alliance is an international, not-for-profit organisation that unites experts from institutions, businesses, and the academia to promote the PM² Project Management Methodology. Acting as a hub for collaboration and knowledge sharing, the Alliance advocates for the adoption and advancement of PM² across various sectors, ensuring projects are managed with efficiency, transparency, and in line with EU standards.
With members from a wide range of industries, the PM² Alliance offers specialised insights on implementing the PM² framework in diverse social and business environments. It plays a pivotal role in aligning project management best practices to meet the unique challenges faced by EU institutions and other project-driven organisations. The Alliance also leads research initiatives aimed at expanding the methodology’s reach, including the translation of PM² materials into multiple languages to make it accessible to a broader European and global audience.
As the sole global society dedicated to the PM² Methodology, the PM² Alliance serves as a platform for networking, collaboration, and the exchange of experiences and best practices. It maintains active engagement with European stakeholders, including the EU, national policymakers, and other organisations, ensuring the PM² Methodology continues to evolve and serve as a benchmark for successful project execution in Europe and beyond.
