Event Objectives

The primary objectives of the SPM2 Project Presentation were to:
• Demonstrate the integration of ESG principles into project management training and
education, raising awareness among youth and students interested in sustainable
entrepreneurship, project management.
• Promote the integration of sustainability and impact -oriented thinking into project planning
and implementation.
• Encourage knowledge exchange between students, researchers, and academic staff
through interactive discussion and practical examples .
• Support the dissemination of European project results and foster long -term engagement
with sustainability -focused initiatives and future learning opportunities.

Event Description

The event introduced participants to the Erasmus+ SPM2 Project and explored how
sustainable project management can support responsible, impact -driven initiatives across
sectors. Through presentations and interactive discussions, participants gained insights into
the fundamentals of sustainable project management, the PM2 methodology, and the
integration of ESG principles into project planning and delivery.

Participant Profile

The participants of the event included university students, researchers, and academic staff
with a strong academic background in economics and management, creating a
multidisciplinary environment focused on sustainable project development and innovation
The group consisted of 23 participants in total, including 15 male and 8 female attendees,
who actively contributed to discussions on sustainability, ESG principles, and modern project
management approaches. Their shared interest in responsible governance, sustainable
transformation, and European project practices enriched the interactive learning experience .

Feedback and Observations

The participants shown considerable interest in the SPM2 project and its potential
consequences for the youth and the higher education. They expressed their willingness to be
updated on upcoming webinars, project results, and future training opportunities in order to
enhance further their awareness to the topic. Participants in the project provided positive
comments and expressed their interest about complementary initiatives, with s pecial focus
on transition management and bioeconomy.

Dissemination and Visibility

The event was announced through emails at the un iversity, e Class announcements. This
event provided a basis for expanded dissemination operations at university students,
researchers which will continue to educate and engage a wider number of youth. This will be
accomplished via forthcoming webinars, training opportunities, and updates on the
advancements made in workshops.
