A series of interactive trainings on Non-Financial Performance Reporting of Companies took place in Subotica (17 November 2025), Inđija (19 November 2025) and Novi Sad (21 November 2025). Organised by Advise Institute DOO and delivered at Temerinska 111, the programme aimed to strengthen participants’ practical understanding of non-financial reporting requirements aligned with European Union regulations.

Building capacity for CSRD and ESRS compliance

The trainings focused on helping professionals interpret upcoming CSRD obligations, understand the structure and logic of ESRS standards, and translate ESG requirements into concrete internal processes. The agenda combined expert presentations, practical examples, panel discussions, and open dialogue, enabling participants to connect regulatory expectations with real organisational settings—particularly in areas such as data management, cross-functional coordination, and sustainability governance.

SPM² integration and relevance

Alongside the core reporting content, the sessions provided a strong platform to promote the SPM² project (Sustainable Project Management through PM²). Given the close link between ESG reporting duties and sustainable project delivery, SPM² was presented as a complementary initiative that supports organisations in embedding sustainability principles into project planning, execution, and governance. Discussions highlighted how structured project management approaches can improve internal coordination, support ESG compliance, and strengthen long-term organisational resilience.

Diverse participation and strong engagement

Across the three locations, 72 participants attended, representing a broad mix of sectors including energy, industry, consulting, public administration, and education. Many were already involved in sustainability initiatives, digital transformation, or early-stage ESG implementation. Feedback indicated high engagement and strong appreciation for the training’s practical orientation, real-life cases, and the opportunity to exchange experiences across sectors. Participants frequently raised operational challenges such as data availability, internal coordination, and turning sustainability requirements into workable processes—topics that aligned closely with the added value of SPM².

Dissemination and Visibility

Visibility efforts combined on-site promotion during the events with targeted online dissemination. Highlights and key messages were shared primarily through Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, extending the reach of the training outcomes and strengthening awareness of both the reporting agenda and the SPM² project’s objectives, activities, and relevance for sustainability-driven professional practice.
