This diversity facilitated dynamic peer learning and knowledge exchange.
Participant Feedback and Reflections
The feedback from participants was highly positive. Attendees appreciated the hands-on format, particularly the opportunity to apply PM² tools to real-world sustainability scenarios. Many highlighted the event’s relevance to their professional roles and expressed interest in further training, including the future SPM² micro-credential system.
Suggestions for improvement included allocating more time for advanced application of tools and creating specialized content tracks for experienced project professionals.
Strategic Contribution to the SPM² Project
This workshop directly supported the goals of the SPM² initiative by raising awareness of the PM² methodology as a foundation for sustainable project management education. It contributed to stakeholder engagement and strengthened UITM’s role in piloting future training formats and certification pathways.
The event also reinforced the value of building a European community of practice committed to embedding sustainability into the DNA of project work—through recognized standards, capacity building, and alignment with EU strategic priorities.
